At its meetings on 6 May 2010, the Asylum Working Party examined Presidency suggestions concerning the Article 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, 34, 39 of the Commission proposal for a recast the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on minimum standards for the qualification and status of third country nationals or stateless persons as beneficiaries of international protection and the content of the protection granted. The result of this examination is set out below with delegations' comments in the footnotes.
