Cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and Czech Republic

A regular round of ministerial consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Belarus and Czech Republic is held in Minsk on 27 May, spokesman for Belarus’ Foreign Ministry Andrei Savinykh told at a briefing on 27 May.

The Belarusian delegation is led by Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Voronetsky, the Czech one is headed by his counterpart Vladimir Galuska. The sides are set to consider issues of bilateral cooperation including political dialogue, trade and economic ties and legal framework for bilateral relations.

The consultations will also highlight the Belarusian-Czech interaction within the UN agencies and regional European organizations, and cooperation between Belarus and the EU including the Eastern Partnership initiative.
