On 15 July within the HQ of Border Guard Service it took place a working meeting of brigadier general Igor Colenov, General Director and Ambassador Cesare de Montis, the Head of EC Delegation. In the framework of this meeting the border guards’ representatives have presented the service activity in the border guard field especially in the border security and fight against trans-border crimes as well as the main principles of Border Guard Service of Moldova. Besides, it was underlined the perspectives of developing of Border Guard Service in state border management field in accordance with the EU standards. Also, the Ambassador was familiarized with the specific tasks of collaborators of the Border Guard Service on state border surveillance and control as well as with the activity of HQ sub-units.
