| 19 November 2008 The issues of applying the intergovernmental agreement on equal rights of Belarusians and Russians for the freedom of movement, the choice of the place of residence in the states-members of the Union State will be discussed in Minsk on November 20-21. The Belarusian capital will play host to a regular session of the interstate inter-agency working group that elaborates recommendations regarding the unified migration policy and coordinated measures in combating illegal migration and other related offences. The session will also focus on the practice of application of the Belarusian-Russian agreement on the use of migration card and some other issues of inter-agency cooperation in migration policy.
