| 13 October 2008, Minsk A working meeting of heads of the border services of Belarus and Estonia started in Minsk on October 13. Within two days Chairman of the State Border Committee of Belarus, Major-General Igor Rachkovsky and Director General of the Estonian Border Guard Roland Peets are supposed to work out topical areas of border service cooperation between the two countries, to agree and initial a draft protocol on cooperation between the Belarusian and Estonian border guards. During the visit the Estonian border service officers are expected to get familiar with the border checkpoint Kotlovka, the border service station Losha as well as objects and infrastructure of the Smorgon border service regiment.
