On 30 September EUBAM Head of Office and Director of SECI Centre met in Odessa to evaluate joint activities and to further deepen cooperation. SECI Centre is an operational regional organization bringing together police and customs authorities from 12 member countries in Southeast Europe.
SECI Centre and EUBAM have developed a close cooperation in a number of areas. For example, SECI Centre supports implementation of the Joint Border Control Operations conducted by the Moldovan and Ukrainian border services.
