From 23 to 24 September Mr Gunnar Wiegand, Head of the European Commission's Directorate for Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and Central Asia visited EUBAM HQ in Odesa and Field Offices in Kuchurhan and Chisinau.
Management of the Mission presented the most significant achievements and challenges in improving customs and border services at the Moldovan and Ukrainian border. Heads of Field Offices, their teams and representatives of Moldovan and Ukrainian customs and border guard showed and discussed the hands-on cooperation between EUBAM and the partner services at the border.
