| 23 September 2008 The Law "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Russian Federation on Readmission" is aimed at creation of legal conditions necessary for coordination and cooperation of our State in the issues concerning prevention and counteraction to illegal migration and human trafficking at the territories of Ukraine and Russian Federation. The Agreement includes regulations appertaining to the procedure of readmission between the Parties which will render a possibility to take joint measures aimed at prevention, suspension and investigation of crimes related to illegal migration.
