| 26 November 2007 A working meeting between the Chairman of the State Border Guards Committee and the Regional Representative of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine was held in Minsk on 24 November. In the course of the meeting, Maj. Gen. Igor Rachkovsky and Ms. Simone Wolken summed up results of main activities carried out by the UNHCR in Belarus in 2007, discussed the current project “Increasing efficiency with migration flows management at the state border of the Republic of Belarus”, and considered new projects designed for 2008-2010.
