Kyiv administration sets up a council to regulate migration

The Coordination Council on regulation of the migration processes in Kyiv, Ukraine was established with the consultative status under the Kyiv City State Administration (KSCA). First deputy of the Head of the city administration, Mr. Denis Bass told that the main task of this council is coordination of the relevant bodies of the executive power and regulation of the issues concerning refugees and other categories of migrants, in particular irregular ones. The Coordination Council is headed by Mr.Sergiy Rudyk, deputy head of the KSCA. The council united on the city level heads (and deputy heads) of the structural units of KCSA, Kyiv city migration service, prosecutor's bodies, law enforcement bodies, State Border Guard service, Security service of Ukraine and city job center.
