| 11 May 2007 On 8 May, a meeting took place between the Chairman of the State Border Guard Committee of the Republic of Belarus Colonel Igor Rachkovsky and the First Councillor of the European Commission’s Delegation to Ukraine and Belarus, Coordinator of the relations with the Republic of Belarus Jean-Eric Holzapfel. During the meeting, the two officials discussed the implementation of international technical aid projects. They have agreed on mutually beneficial cooperation on border issues.
