| 2 April 2007 On 27 March, the Ministry of the Interior of Poland held the 2nd Meeting of the working group on the Preparation of Cross-border Cooperation Programme between Lithuania, Latvia and Belarus under the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). This meeting gathered experts and representatives from the EC, the Ministry of Regional Development and Local Government of the Republic of Latvia, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to Lithuania, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, the National Unit for the European Union TACIS Programme Coordination in Belarus, the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania and Latvia, Belarus and Lithuania. The participants discussed a concept of the Programme, its management structure, aims, time schedule for preparation, division of tasks between parties on the cross-border cooperation programme.
