| 22 March 2007 On 16 March during the President Viktor Yushchenko's official visit to Denmark visa facilitation and readmission agreement was signed. The agreement sets timely and efficient procedures of identification, safe and organized return of persons, who violate rules and conditions of entry and stay in the territory of the two countries, as well as procedures of transit transportation of such persons to their countries of origin. The document also provides for a two-year postponement period in admission - readmission of citizens of third countries and stateless persons. |
