| 20 March 2007 On 20 March representatives of the Embassies in Ukraine, state employment centers, MOI, MFA and local NGOs gathered for a round table to discuss situation regarding irregular migration in Lviv, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Transcarpathia, Kirovograd, Kherson, Donetsk and Vynnytsa regions of Ukraine. The participants got insights on push factors and motivation of migrants and on practices used to manipulate potential migrants into using fraudulent visa services or becoming a victim of trafficking. Concrete strategies on information campaigns for potential migrants were discussed on how avoid and prevent risks of using fraudulent visa services from fake visa agents.
