| 15 March 2007 On 15-16 March, in Rezekne, Latvia, on the basis of the College of the State Border Guards Service, a two day international seminar is held. Regional border guards authorities from Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia will discuss situation of border crossings with fraud documents and illegal crossing of persons of third countries, consider possibilities of information exchange and cooperation in combating human trafficking, illegal smuggling of drugs, transportation of stolen automobiles and other cross-border crimes.
