| 5 March 2007 A working meeting between delegations of the Border Service of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Interior and Administration of the Republic of Poland took place on 2 March. The meeting addressed common issues relating to supervision and control on state borders of Moldova and Poland. The delegation members pointed out that significant efficient work is being carried out at present in the field of international security and prevention of trans-border organized crime. It was noted that cooperation between the two countries’ border agencies has good prospects given signature of an international agreement between Moldova and Poland that will establish legal framework for cooperation and development.
